California State University, Northridge | Student Housing

The new student housing complex at California State University, Northridge, consists of 100,000 gross square feet of residential space, spacious recreation and lounge areas, a coffee house, study areas and laundry facilities. The use of technology in the new student housing project focuses on community as well as learning elements, such as classroom and learning center, a recreation lounge and multipurpose room, as well as outdoor courtyards fully equipped with technology. Waveguide provided technology and acoustics consulting for this project.
