University of West Florida | School of Science and Engineering

The University of West Florida School of Science and Engineering Building is a $30.6 million state-funded building that features flexible laboratory and teaching spaces that can be adapted to inevitable changes in educational programs. The four-story, 95,000-square-foot building is designed to provide opportunities for STEM faculty and students to work collaboratively across disciplines. Waveguide provided AV, IT and acoustics consulting for the project. The facility is also an energy- and water-efficient structure that achieved LEED gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
